Email QuestDay@proton.meOpen System → QuestDay Pro → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same app store account you bought it with.
Open System → Danger Zone → Reset All Data. This permanently wipes your hero, XP, streaks and badges on that device, and can't be undone.
Reminders only fire in the installed app (TestFlight or store version), not in the Expo Go preview. Also check that notifications are allowed for QuestDay in your phone's settings.
By default, yes - QuestDay works fully offline and everything you create stays on your device, never sent to us. If you choose to sign in to QuestDay Online (entirely optional, in Settings), some data is backed up to our server so it can sync and power the real Team leaderboard. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
No. QuestDay is local-first and playable forever without one. Signing in is only needed if you want your hero backed up across devices or want a real Team leaderboard with friends. Find it in System → Online Account.
Sign in, then either share your invite code with a friend or enter one they've shared with you. Both sides confirm the connection in the app before anything is shared. Once connected, you'll see each other's hero name, weekly XP, streak and earned badges on the Team tab.
Long-press their entry on the Team tab and confirm. This removes the connection for both of you - it's not a one-sided block.
We don't yet have a one-tap in-app option for this - email us (above) and we'll delete your account and its data.
